Don’t go here if you need a receipt when you drop off packages with postage already paid. It’s odd that this location refuses to give customers receipts. I have had numerous instances of packages not getting scanned, after using USPS drop boxes and USPS pickups.

So rude and condescending. Asked simple clarifying questions and was talked at even when I said I understood. Mrs. Carter raised her voice and would not stop talking at me even when my question was answered. Very upset with this office. They are so mean every time I go. Never look forward to this part of my day.

The customer service at this Post Office is by far the worst ever. The clerks are consistently rude. They would not give me a receipt for a package they scanned & told me to track on the website. Definitely do not use this location…Ever!
