Of course who I work with is a significant factor in getting the best experience (which is true anywhere I go), and in that regard, my experience with Derek has been great (so far 3 meetings with him) compared to my first 3 meetings with another service advisor. Regardless, Vann York customer relations manager is also very sensible and responsive and recommended me to work with Derek. It is a true pleasure working with Derek who is knowledgeable, respectful to customers, and has the highest level of professionalism…Derek recommends what is absolutely needed and best for the car.
