“So far my experience has been extremely positive. As best as I can tell from my research they have the most competitive rates in the area and storage units available on a variety of sizes. Extremely well managed with secure access and clean well maintained storage units. There is a downside and that is the grading the unit that I have rises almost 2 ft and it is difficult to get heavy items in there whether on a cart or a dolly also if you use a trailer or have any type of vehicle with low ground clearance you're going to struggle it's like the mountains of the moon even though it's paved. I do have an outside parking space as well and I'm a little concerned about the ground conditions when there has been a lot of rain there is standing water and the ground is soft so far I've been able to stay on top of the 57 stone but it is obvious from the struggles others have had that I may have difficult to getting my trailer back out.”
“Not in the best neighborhood and very minimalist facility -- little to no cameras or extra security beyond the coded entry gate and fence. But the prices so low, even for the biggest 10x20 was lower than anywhere else checked or used my own in past. I personally wouldn't go there alone past dark, mainly because that's what the office manager advised when we went to sign up.”
