“I have been going to this UPS store for years and the staff are always very personable and greet me by name. They always take care of whatever I need very quickly. However, the best thing is I watched them interact with other customers, and they treat everyone the same way.”

“Lulu and Stephaney were awesome with helping me, as they always are!!! From the moment I walked into the store, regardless of the crowd, they were pleasant! I've seen many staff throughout the years at this location, but I hope that these 2 ladies are here to stay! Thank you Lulu and Stephaney for your exceptional customer service and positive attitudes!”

“Great receiver. Unload 2 of our trucks in 40 min. Heads up to Josh for quick and easy unload. Receiver opens at 7:30. Totes go back into dock (building 2) in the back. Not 100% sure on overnight parking, but it seems couple trucks park on the street for the night”

“They did call and schedule delivery and then called later to tell me I wasn’t going to get it. I chose to go to the terminal to pick it up, and they were fantastic at the terminal and they got me loaded in no time flat and the manger was top notch and the guy that loaded me was over the top. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I hope the company higher ups see this review!”

“Good food, the ordering process is a little off if you ask me. They really really want you to order at their kiosk or on the app. The dine in area was small and the parking lot is huge, just leaves me scratching my head. The lemonade is good but expensive.”
