“Stopped in to have some keys made and pick up random things. Walked in and was immediately greeted even though everyone was working with customers. They promptly made my keys and did not tell me where to get the items I came in for; they walked me around the store until I got every item I needed. Real customer service! I passed a Lowe's and Home Depot on my way to Fort Dobbs Hardware and I do not regret my decision. Whether you just need a couple things to finish your DIY project, need camping gear or you are prepping for when SHTF; this should be your destination. Great service; friendly knowledge people, nice selection and good prices. Totally recommend”

This local family owned business is 124 years old. The owner, who was born and has lived in Mooresville all of his life, is 92 and still comes in every day. Definitely check this one out!”

“I was to attend a wedding reception not far away from this store on Saturday. On the way in to the reception, my daughter got the heel of her shoe caught in a crack in the pavement and broke the heel completely off. As the bride was a friend of hers, I gave her my shoes and took the broken shoe back to the car to see if I could figure out a way to make a temporary repair. I ended up at this store. I must certainly have looked ridiculous dressed up and hobbling into the store wearing one high heel and one shoe with no heel at all. The people working could not have been more helpful. I was escorted to glue aisle and got help reading labels and considering relative drying times and how long it would take me to have viable footwear. Instead of ruining my evening, the shoe incident made my day.”

“Great prices for all your Home Improvements and Projects what ever they may be. I was actually shopping for a NEW TOILET FOR MY GUESTS BATHROOM AND I CHOSE THE KOHLO TOILET. This KOHLER TOILET HAD EVERYTHING NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. IT WAS VERY EASY AND LOOKS GREAT. ITS VERY STURDY AND COMFORTABLE SAVES WATER WITH EACH FLUSH.
