Bryan and Beijher just delivered my new dryer. Polite, friendly and efficient. You can't ask for better than that. This whole process was excellent. My dryer broke Friday, I went into Lowe's found a nice dryer at a good price, customer service was excellent and they delivered the next day. It really doesn't get any better than that thank you!

The cashier and manager were helpful when I wanted to use my Lowes credit card but did not have it with me. They both helped me to gain access to it online so I could use it! Thanks ladies!

I just wanted to say thanks to Lowe’s * generally they are on point but not this time . Couldn’t find anyone to assist and even though the app said an item was in stock with well over 30 + pieces , there were none available and also were in the wrong spot . Thanks

Craig at Statesville, NC was genuinely committed to helping us find an item advertised in an online within the store showing low quantities. We couldn’t find the item in designated place. The next time we bumped into him he was looking at the clearance items even before we got there. His service was exceptional.

I'm sorry this review is for the Conway sc store. The Troutman store is great usually although this time they did not have what I needed. Can never get any help in this store. Asked 2 associates to call someone. They didn't show so finally called from my cell phone to get some help. 2 customers actually helped me. Guy finally took my call told him what row I was on and he finally came over was no help at all. The 2 customers continued to help me
