Half the lot is paid. And they don't even have enough respect to regulate the parking lot. You pay for a spot and can't get out cause they allow make a spot. Don't charge if your gonna have a free for all in the parking lot. They have a Wendy's in the parking lot. Too small. And it's a nightmare leaving at 2am.

I stopped here for a pit stop. The restroom facility was clean and well-maintained. I purchased a large Intense Caffeine Coffee for my travels. The beverage station was clean, well-stocked, and the team members were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I will certainly return to this location when I am in the area.

Clean restrooms, staff is very friendly and helpful. Shelves have lots of varieties. Free parking in one row, the rest is pay to park which is good so you can find spots near Charlotte.
