Sheetz of Troutman is a convenience store that offers a variety of food, drinks, snacks, and other products. It is open 24/7, making it easy for customers to fuel up and grab what they need at any time. The store is known for its Made•To•Order® food and Sheetz Bros. Coffeez® drinks, which are made fresh to order. Customers appreciate the clean store and friendly staff, with some employees standing out for their prompt and polite service. For example, a young employee named Troy received praise for his excellent service and positive attitude. However, some reviews mention issues such as high prices compared to other stores, and dissatisfaction with the quality and portion sizes of food items, especially when not prepared correctly. One customer reported an incorrect order and poor quality of a taco salad, while another noted that their breakfast flatbread was cold and lacked ketchup. Restroom conditions have also been a concern, with reports of unsanitary and unhygienic conditions at different times, which staff did not address promptly. Despite these issues, the store remains a convenient spot for many customers who value its convenience, variety, and friendly service. Overall, Sheetz of Troutman provides a mix of reliable service and some areas needing improvement.
Very busy during lunch hours. All staff that I encountered were pleasant and helpful

We aren’t from the area, but we stop by Sheetz every time we see one! They’re so easy to fill up at the gas tanks and have great snacks, drinks and delicious food inside! The restrooms were very clean always too! Overall, it’s one of our fave gas stations across the country!
