Ordered turkey wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, onions & dressing...pretty much got a veggie sub. No thank you. I don't mind the amount of veggies but ONE piece of turkey??!! Never eating at this sheetz again. Have ordered this same sandwich at multiple sheetz along our travels...do not recommend Troutman sheetz. Sorry to all the other good sheetz out there!

The warm nuts!! Need I say more…I love Sheetz. Employees are nice, amazing selection of food, snacks, and drinks. Did I mention the warm nuts. My favorite are the Praline Pecans!! Thank you for having the amazingly delicious warm pecans!

Everytime I go here they are trying to scam you. Always forget something in the bag or double charging. Watch out for this place definitely never stopping here again.

I’ve heard so much hype over the years about the infamous sheetz and finally wondered in this one coming from fort Bragg I wasn’t really impressed the prices are high for alot of the stuff you can get out of dollar general for 1.00 . The blueberry cold coffee was nice . I like they have self check out and ordering kiosk but I’m not here for that ai hire real people and employee them to have a job and train them well with expertise

I had to go back inside and ask them to fix my taco salad I didn't get extra chili. The lady came back with this small cup not even filled. I asked she replied saying it was already 2oz.
I swear we both smiled knowing it's bullshit.
What a joke when Wendy's gives you a full cup with the proper amount.
I'm trying to eat better and all the Sheetz are screwing all of us. It ain't just this sheetz
Update: when I reported in app they gave me a coupon for full order and said they were relaying what I said. I guess that works

Store is clean, staff is friendly, but I get a flat bread with sausage and egg white and ketchup everyday I go to work and it was cold with no ketchup and the sausage was more spicy than usual..

The Sheetz stores in this area employ many individuals who are connected to each other by family and friends and cult they deal with drugs and other vice activities connected to the shoplifting ring connected to pimps and hookers.
The human resources and the human relations employee relations department will decline to hear any statement from people that are honest and hard-working.
There is always a girl at this location in Troutman who never washes her hands and rubs her nose constantly and serves food.
This is not of course the best place to work that is false advertising there's been so many incidents and many stores where they're constant customer complaints and they blame the innocent person.

All three urinals covered with a reddish-orange mold indicates to me that no one cleans the bathrooms. How awful for a place that serves food. A bathroom tells everything about how the place is taken care of.

Sheetz, not sure what your bathroom cleaning standards are, but I think that you can do a lot better. Just glad that I didn't have to sit down to take care of business.

I have stopped by this Charlotte Hwy Sheetz in Troutman twice in the past few weeks. My first visit was around 8:30 in the evening. The restroom was really in bad shape; there was toilet paper all over the floor, no paper towels in the paper towel dispenser, and excrement laying beside the toilet! On my second visit, I stopped by early in the morning at about 6 a.m., and I simply could not use the restroom due to it being so disgusting..There was excrement on the wall and floor, the toilet was overflowing, there were puddles of urine, and toilet paper was scattered everywhere! Unspeakable! The employees said, “We’ll take a look in a little while,” when I told them about it! Why not go look immediately and with urgency? They had all night to clean it! I had to go over to Lowe's, luckily, Lowe’s was open at 6 a.m., so they let me use their restroom.

This is an outdated Sheetz model that is suffering. It's not the cleanest and the staff seem aggressive or aggravated. Definitely could use a refresh, Sheetz, please. Broken air pump too! That's the whole reason I always go to Sheetz
