“Yes, this is a 5 star positive review-please read on for details.I took my wedding rings for biannual inspection and sadly, something happened in the shop that altered the appearance of my engagement ring. It's a Neil Lane and has a lot of fine details that couldn't be restored. I was devastated. My ring, of course, holds sentimental value, but it didn't look "right" anymore. And the scary part is that it's not in production any longer and hasn't been for a while. The happy ending is this: the store team and Manager (Leah) jumped into action and got me into the hands of Customer Service. The incredible team at Neil Lane brought the ring cast out of retirement and recast my ring and used MY diamond to retain the sentiment for ME. I'm just astounded. I picked it up yesterday and I can't believe the stunning work they did. My husband was just as pleased and admitted that it's more beautiful than the original. We are so grateful. This speaks to the dedication of Kay Jewelers, their staff and Neil Lane to go above and beyond to save sentiment. We appreciate your commitment to us.”
