“I brought my son who is 13 in to try out some bikes in person instead of all of the online research we had been doing for his first big mountain bike purchase and the owner was fantastic. He patiently and enthusiastically answered all of his questions and we finally bought a brand new mountain bike for him. We bought it right before the hurricanes started hitting so even though it took a little longer to come in - the communication with the owner put our minds at ease and when we picked it up the bike was absolutely perfect. My son asked more questions and had it adjusted a little bit more in the store and the owner was so wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this store and am so happy it is right here in Wake Forest!!!”
