Batteries Plus guy actually looked deeper and determined they did have my battery and he didn't just rely on a computer search before sending me on my way. Great installation and great service. “Bring your patience! This is a very busy place! I have an older phone that needed a screen replacement. They had to order one which came within two weeks but it was the wrong one sent? Other setbacks had occurred but they worked with me to make sure my phone finally had the proper screen and was up and functioning correctly, which is all that customers want in the long run. The personnel working there were hard working and accommodating to customer needs. If you have any technological needs, -laptops,ipads,etc. they will do their best to make sure you are satisfied with the process.”
