Granted, it was not a very difficult issue (fried RAM card) but he was fast, professional, and very reasonable. He pointed out issues with the batteries that seem very hazardous, with no expectation of making more money on it - pure, 100% helpfulness. My only regret is that I wasted so much time and money on some real flakes over my years in Raleigh, before I knew about Undead Electronics.”

“I was in desperate need of a replaced screen, I had cracked my phone without a screen protector about 2 months ago and I had reached the point where the upper half of my screen was unresponsive. Took it in here and within 30 minutes they had replaced my screen and given me a new screen protector as well! Answered all of my questions and was engaging and friendly the entire time. Easily one of the best technology decisions I have made in my life since I basically have a new phone for a third of the price.”

“They were extremely quick on fixing my phone except they never reached out to let me know it was done I had to come back and check I would give a full 5 stars but it does seem a little suspicious that they said after the repairs other parts of the phone could stop working such as volume and the phone itself cuz all I was getting fixed was just my screen the phone was still fully functional just a crack in the screen”

“Dr. PC did a great job for me. I had dropped my laptop and it would not boot up. It gave me the blue screen of death and that was it. Even Google didn't help. I got a great quote for the work so decided to drop it off. A mere 3 hours later Dr. Pc called to tell me I was good to go! And sho nuf, the thing fired right back up and I got back to posting recipes on Pinterest! I now have "a guy" for all my future computer problems. I can't recommend Dr. PC well enough. Use him. You will not be disappointed in the service and value!”
