“I was in twice this week, first time only two associates spoke to me, both had coach badges on.
Second trip very nice young man Jamie stopped and we talked. The. Christian, OFA, spoke to me as he passed but later checked in with me and also had a great conversation.
Later at check out a gentleman named Vlad was super friendly, personal and seemed to really care about his customers.
