“The regional manager(I believe) was there, Robert Pettis and he went above and beyond to help us. My AC on my 04 Tahoe was not working and their staff figured out it wasn't the compressor, it was actually MUCH cheaper. My wives 2011 Honda CRV got new tires, alignment, brakes, and rotors. The vehicles are both doing great! Would recommend.”
“I normally will try to fix my car myself with my dad. It’s something that we both do together and I love it. However this time I couldn’t and I was so nervous and scared that I would have to take it into a shop. I’m always so weary just because I had one bad experience years ago. I went to different businesses who all told me they were busy and didn’t have time - which I understand and I appreciate. I stumbled upon Summit Automotive, because my aunts best friend just had work done on her car and she raved about them! When I initially walked in I saw a recliner and I am a person that will make herself at home! And so I did! I was greeted with a huge smile and that alone made me feel so comfortable. He explained to me that they wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Wednesday or Thursday. And I was a little sad because I just like a lot of people wanted it done that day (it was a Monday or Tuesday I can’t remember). We were called to get snow on Wednesday (yesterday) and he said that if it snowed he will not have the guys travel to come to work. Talk about my respect meter hitting 100%. I’m so glad I decided to wait to bring my car in. I am proud to say that I now refuse to work on my own car and will just be bringing it here! 100% recommend bringing your car here :)”
