“Had to get all 4 tires changed again 9mths after having them placed on car. I don’t recommend anyone buy the Accelera tires, they are trash. Never had to have tires replaced this soon after only 14,000 miles/9mths. Those tires should be discontinued. According to Parrish, the 30,000 mile warranty supposedly is non existent/not honored. This was very disappointing as had to spend money unexpectedly. Got the Kenda tires this time. Hopefully they last longer. The manager John was moderately reasonable though I think it would’ve been better if only charged me the difference of what I paid for the Accelera tires and the Kendra tires as Parrish tires will write it off as a loss on taxes so essentially they will get their money back. Despite that, John did try to work with me by discounting the new tires significantly and providing alignment at no charge. Been coming to Parrish for years and team has always been welcoming and professional.”

“Everyone on their staff who I spoke to or texted with was extremely helpful, informative, and effectively communicated through every step. The invoicing and summary of what issues were found that need attention was extremely helpful. They worked diligently to confirm everything with my warranty and I appreciate them handling things with the warranty claim. I’m even more grateful that they worked hard to find more affordable parts for my repairs because I had concerns about cost. They provided a financing recommendation and my warranty claim covered a majority of the expenses. The repairs were speedy, too! I took my car in on Monday and got it back by Thursday. I noticed a minor issue upon receiving my vehicle and that a pair of pliers were accidentally left under the hood, but I immediately sent a text updating them and arranged for someone to check my car again as soon as business reopened. In one day they immediately found the issue, fixed it, and improved things. I love that they have a shuttle service that took my Dad home from the shop, after he dropped my car off for me, and would pick him up from our house whenever my car was ready for pick up. I’d recommend Christian Brothers to anyone who need repairs on their transmission or AC vents. Thank you Matthew, Jacob, and everyone else who helped!”
“TRUE BMW TECH’SRead this if you need a real BMW with experienced technicians that know there craft and not your line and tube bmw shops in raleigh . These guys were able to get my sons 2003 Z4 rolling again. If you are from out of town like I am , it’s worth the tow if you getting the run-around from those other shops. Save yourself the headache, time and money and go see these guys first !They have excellent customer service , experienced technicians , great front desk and always eager to help . From Katie to Sean to the tech’s , my hats off to these guys . “Alyson was so friendly and attentive to my expectations in a car. I shared my wishlist of price point, model, colors, etc., and as she searched the inventory, admitted that they may not have what I wanted. When she found the one car on the lot that could work, she never pushed to convince me to change any of my criteria so that she could show me something else or push a sale. She shared all of the information she had about the history of the car and what the dealership had done (and not done) to prepare the car for sale. She offered to continue to search for other cars that may come in that fit my criteria if I decided not to purchase. After a quick test drive, She let me leave that first day with no pressure or delays. She answered my questions via text, and when I returned two days later to purchase, she was fair and fast in the buying process. My last car buying experience (not at Flow) took me five hours of drudgery with a salesman who continually tried to manipulate my payment plan. From the stereotypical dealership misery last time to this easy process at Flow Mini, I was able to buy and remain excited about my new car throughout. Alyson Horton was the best!! She knows Minis, and she knows how to listen to her customer.”
“Had a bad shifting problem in my manual transmission. Alberto took it for a drive and explained how the clutch worked and what he suspected as being the problem gave me an estimate and said to call if we decided to have the work done, no pressure. Since the estimate was lower than other places I called, we went ahead and had them fix it. Picked it up a couple days later and what a difference. “Called up before I went down in person, and as soon as I stepped in the door the gentleman inside knew who I was and what I was after. I stood back and watched their men do their work, and they didn’t settle for anything but the best used tire they could find - no holes to be plugged, and with good treads.I paid in cash to make it quick and easy for the shop, and it was a more than fair price for both the tire and the service.I will definitely be coming back!”

I reached out to Bob King via their website and Leslie got back to me quickly. After a few emails back and forth, I was provided with an OTD quote for a new vehicle. “If I lived in Winston Salem, this would be my go to service center. I had an issue with my car while there recently, and not only did they quickly diagnose what was happening, they referred me to a more specialized center to make sure the car was fixed correctly.I was concerned about driving it back home but they gave me what I needed including showing me how to do it, to make me feel confident to get back. Ultimately, I did need to stop and do as directed on my way, but I did as instructed and made it back safely.I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have gotten their help and expertise. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and didn’t take advantage of me or charge me for all the extra support!”
“It is easy to give 5 stars when everything goes right. What makes companies different is how they react when something goes wrong. I had never taken my car here before and of course I am nervous. Dropped my car off the previous night by noon they told me it was just the battery and had it done 3 hours later after I asked for a tire rotation and oil change as well. Next morning my remote car starter did not work. Dropped it off before they opened. Called right after they opened. And fixed by 3 pm, no charge. There is always constructive feedback on all my reviews although 5 stars they did not mention my oil plug needed to be replaced. They did replace it for a very small charge. They did offer to take care of it but I did not want it due to their honesty and quick turn around. All in all great work.”
“My second visit to Mock was the same as the first. Efficient and busy. Oil changes are first come first served so arrive early. Plenty of seating if you need to wait, but for larger jobs, drop off is best. They are my new auto shop.”
