“Was in this location Friday evening and as l was checking out with cashier l was trying to locate my coupon for purchasing two Icon ratchets but unable to find it and had to pay full price. Once home found it and went back to store and fortunately the same polite helpful cashier was there willing to make things right!! Very professional and extremely helpful. Her name was Brittany l believe, a supervisor there and been employed 8 yrs with Harbor Freight. She is truly an asset to that company and l hope she gets the recognition she deserves. “First time at this Tractor Supply. I needed to get some more deer corn. I was welcomed when I walked in. As I was walking through the store, other staff greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Huge shout-out to Melinni. Terrence and Ramsey! They were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! The store was very clean! Very easy to get to the store from I-40. I had a great experience here. “I have two of their Liberty 712 hose reels. It is an outstanding product, and the only hose reel I have tried that has lasted this long (7 years and going strong). They both work just as well as when I bought them. However, I accidentally broke a component on one reel. I called to see if they offered that replacement part. Megan (apologies if I have an incorrect spelling) who answered the phone was VERY knowledgeable about their products. She was also very courteous. We talked through the options for repairs, and she knew the details of product design and assembly. It was a breath of fresh air to have a company rep answer the phone with that level of knowledge. She saved me grief and money. When one reel sprung a leak, I was able to buy an inexpensive O-ring and snap-ring replacement package. I love that this product is assembled in a way that I can maintain it when needed - that seems rare these days. Thanks!”

“Good Home Depot. Doesn’t have quite as much stock as the Hanes Mall location but still good. This location also has a theft issue. Make sure to lock up your vehicle and tool boxes in the parking lot. Not the store’s fault but so other customers are aware.”
