“Christmas Eve urgent need - my toddler was prescribed an antibiotic on Christmas Eve morning. I mistakenly had the prescription sent to a local big chain. I attempted to get the script from the big chain who told me the best they could do was an 1.5 hr wait time. I had to physically go into the store to learn this because they would answer and hang up when I called.
I called Family pharmacy, spoke to the pharmacist, Micheal, WITHOUT a telephone prompt system, and he immediately got to work transferring the prescription. They kept me in the loop and once they were able to get the prescription from the chain Family Pharmacy had it ready in less than 10 minutes. They cared and showed compassion. I’m am so very grateful they care. Family Pharmacy honestly does their best and they care for your family!!!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!”

“I went in today to print some pictures off. I am not familiar with the set up so I asked the guy his name is Shawn and he was over the top helpful. Then the machine said printer out of ink so the other worker his name was Dylan, he jumped right into fixing the problem. I just wanted to say these two young men went above and beyond to help me today with printing pictures. They deserve employees of the week or something I was very impressed with their customer service skills two very good young men . Thanks again Dylan and Shawn”
