“Got into some outboard motor trouble while on vacation and felt this gentleman went above and beyond to help. Not only did he help find the right plugs but took time to ask questions to see what issues I was having rather than just trying to make a sale. Price was half of others locally. Motor is running better than ever and service was excellent.”

“This is the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from and their service department is amazing as well! Do not look at any of the negative reviews because they are just nonsense!”

“I don’t write reviews much but this place absolutely is the best. Super friendly and helpful. Had a wheel bearing go bad on a boat trailer while on vacation and they had a pre-packed hub in stock as well as bearings, and axle nut I needed and got me on the road again when I would have otherwise been stranded. They have the best inventory of trailer parts I’ve seen. Definitely will return if I ever need anything in the area again!!”

“I've dealt with Phil for almost 20 years on a =lot= of vehicles and NO ONE does better work. Any reviews that are negative are just sour grapes; nobody beats Ron and Phil's! I've known Phil since he and Ron started the shop and he's the best in NE NC, period.”

“Top notch customer service. Nate is so kind and a pleasure to do business with. He and the entire staff really go out of their way to be helpful and make sure we get what we need as soon as possible. Today, the gentleman even brought my order out to my truck to exchange some of the heavier items. Truly appreciated.”
