“We live in Victoria Virginia and drive the 55 miles at least once a week to North Carolina just to go to these 2 speedway convenience stores. Not just because of the amazing deals but mainly because all the employees at these 2 stores are super nice and amazing people! I don't know how speedway always finds and keeps the best employees! Not to mention the food and donuts are always fresh and good, even the packaged sandwiches are surprisingly good!”

“I only took off one star for cleanliness. However, it's nice to see a little grocery store in this small and somewhat of a ghost town of Axtell (correct spelling has two L's). The guy working there was very pleasant. There are residents in the area, and they need a store nearby.”
