“Definitely recommend HISS (Hatteras Island Surf Shop) for kite boarding lessons and water sports activities. We rented the house beside the shop for the week and it was super cool to shoot over and take a lesson when the wind/weather allowed. Barton, Reider, Michael and Alex were so flexible and would contact us via text for best times/options for lessons. They were even willing to take us out in the rain as our week had a lot of rainy days. During our week stay, my son who is 12 and myself, 47, took 2 kiteboarding lessons and started our kite boarding journey. My daughter, also 12, and I took eFoil lessons and that was awesome too. A laid back approach to life which is really nice to experience in this ever so fast paced world. We appreciate all the attention and advice from the team. We will be back for sure!
