“I really enjoyed my time with Gayle, owner of The Bead Merchants. It was the best interaction because she is kind, knowledgeable, and prepared. I'm not creative nor do I wear jewelry often. A Google search for ideas about turning my rope into a bracelet sent me to commercial/big box stores, but I needed more help than they would offer. I wanted a small town shop where I could build relationships. Google understood my updated request for help and sent me to The Bead Merchants. I walked in unsure of what I needed and how to pose the question for help. Gale, the expert, immediately understood my request and her inventory. She went into action helping me find the right ends and clasp for my rope turned bracelet (or necklace). It seemed unfair to end the transaction there, so I purchased a bracelet as well. Her assistance was the highlight of my day because she is sincere and helped me accomplish something that I've wanted to tackle for a while. It took less than 3 mins for her help to completed bracelet. I stayed around because some people are a lamp and their light shines bright. I wish many continued blessings for The Bead Merchants and all of those that have helped this gem of a place remain for over 30 years.”
