The store also values customer satisfaction; in one instance, they refunded a used window AC unit and provided a new one with a discount, showing they care about their customers. I have to give Waxhaw Lowe’s a huge shout. They took a parking spot up towards the front and put temporary grass, pavers, flowers, the flags of all military services and a US flag at half mast. Very, very classy and respectful. By far the best I’ve ever seen a corporation do to honor the fallen on Memorial Day weekend.
