“Old navy is one of my favorite brands. Today at Old Navy Waverly, 9876 Rea Road at 4.30, I was going to buy yellow top, there was only 1 L size and I asked a young guy with short black hair to see if they have another one and he said they are too busy to look for top for me. I said:" Oh, ok" and asked another one, his name is Winsent, and he was really nice and professional. Mr Manager can make him the worker of the month! He is really good!”

Listen, I had a time on the clearance rack. Lol He rung up my pile of finds and adjusted pricing that wasn’t set correctly on his own. I didn’t even have to ask! He was patient and all around just great. Meredith was wonderful as well. She answered all my Stanley cup questions with ease. She didn’t seem aggravated by my inquiries. She was upbeat and again just helpful all around. Hey, I bought the cup I said I wouldn’t buy.
If they keep hiring based on the standard of these two the store is in good hands.”
“I slowly started shopping at this Ross since April of 2022. This place is clean. The shelves are usually stocked. Sometimes some shelves are less stocked but overall, I always find what I am looking for. The clothing department was one of the reasons I avoided Ross because they always felt unorganized and overstuffed, but hardly do I go in this store and feel overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that’s untidy.”
“I absolutely love this store Amy the store manager, and Kelly are amazing. Every time I walk in there is like walking into my best friends home. I feel like part of the family. The service is incredible. The only one little complaint that I have is that they don’t carry my size in the store And my policy is if I don’t see it, I will not buy it so I don’t really like shopping online, so having the sizes for the customer in-store is so much better”

“I'm a recient Widdower and I finely had to, again, go shopping for myself, by myself. It's stil quite an expjerience, but this time an enjoyable one!
You will never guess what I found at the Kohl's near me! A foot measuring device! I haven't seen one of these things in 75 years. I truely needed it to priove to me that I still wear a size 13 shoe!
Earlier, the returns clerk actually looked up the manufacturer of the Item I was trying to return to Kohl's and togeather we dicided where I bought it! That was really helpfull.
Wait, things get even better! I was actually helped by two different "Sales Clerks". Sometimes I think that they are even more scarse then a Foot Measurer! I got 35% discount for getting a Kohl's CC and the promise of an additioinal 35% my receipt when I next visit!! Thanks Kohl's ---I'll be back, for sure!
