“I'll be giving this review from a menswear enthusiast standpoint. It is very long, but I want people who are hesitant to know exactly what they're getting and how they might approach requesting a suit. Long story short, Enzo is the best option for the price in the US and you're not being cheated into being told that your suit looks good, it's actually good.As a small preface, Enzo Customs is a mtm service that targets a price bracket slightly higher, around 200-300 dollars, than their main competitor Suitsupply. They both offer fabrics from classic mills, although Enzo sticks with subtle and versatile fabrics. They have all kinds of colors, but unlike SS which targets a younger audience with avant-garde fabrics, Enzo prioritizes classics, which is good for most people that aren't "suit guys."Customization 5/5:Compared to other made to measure companies within the same competitive price range (SS, black lapel, pini parma), Enzo really shines in customization. The amount of customization you can do without any added cost is also phenomenal. It's probably the closest you can get to bespoke specificity within such a price range. Among many others, you can customize (by default) buttons, pick stitching, pocket width, lapel size, armhole height, lining, suit canvas, buotonierre type, button stitching, and much more niche options. If you speak directly with Brad, you can easily get customizations not listed, which I opted for. In fact, I would say that the number of customizations might be too much for a newcomer! If you're really not sure what you're looking for, but you want a suit, I highly recommend either doing some prior research or asking Brad for advice on what each option does, how it would look on your frame, etc. Brad is really well versed in the different eras and regions of style, so bringing some reference material of what you really enjoy should help him help you pick the right choices for the occasion. Remember to keep it relatively for your first suit, just because you can customize everything doesn't mean you should.Time 5/5:It took around 3 weeks for the suit to be completed and 2 days for additional alterations to finalize the fit. I think it turned out amazing for a first-time suit with this company. Compared to other stores, which usually take 5-6 weeks, this is exceedingly fast.Service and Experience 5/5:Brad is really great. He's hospitable and the suiting experience was well done. Measuring was quick, but not rushed. He doesn't just blindly follow what you want but analyzes every choice holistically. I was dead set on what I wanted, and we had a constructive conversation on how we would go about getting it done and possible improvements. If you're a menswear enthusiast and you care about everything from the fabric weave to the lapel roll, then this is your best bet in North Carolina. Brad is a real sartorialist. If you're in need of a wedding tux or a suit for a special occasion, but you don't know exactly what you want, I still think Brad is a fantastic guy to help you decide what you want. I'd recommend giving your opinion, asking for his choice, and then having a discussion as to why it might be a good or bad option.The Suit 5/5:This is just an immediate review and not a long-term review, but I'll come back and update this in 6-12 months. Note that I'm rating this based on the price. I ordered a VBC charcoal flannel double breasted jacket. The stitching throughout the suit is even. The lapel has a nice roll and the full canvasing provides structure but doesn't feel intrusive. The lining is well done, and the interior stitching is also good. It's a noticeable upgrade from your average brooks brothers suit and probably 90% of the bespoke experience. The trousers are also very well done with suspender buttons, side adjusters, thick waistband, grip tape, half lining and cuffs. If I had a nitpick, I would like if they could give more customization options for pants lining.For 1000, you can't find ”

“Just went there this evening looking for Nike Dunks for my 15 yr old daughter. I called beforehand to make sure they had 7.5 shoe size and even asked if they could text me pics of shoes so I don't waste my time or theirs. They said they couldn't text a pic. Fine. I was only 17 minutes away and went to the store. Once I got there, there were 4 young guys near the cash register all on their phones and talking amongst each other. The young guy that helped me on phone (didn't catch his name) proceeded to show me the selection of dunks. Now, I'm not a sneaker expert, but these dunks looked a little different than the ones I had just looked at at Southpark Mall. I begrudgingly select a color and he goes to the back to get them. He says "6.5". I say "no, 7.5". As he's back there, I'm thinking to myself, these shoes look like boy shoes so I tell the other guys just hanging out to tell the sales guy in the back that my daughter is not gonna like the shoes and that I'm gonna pass. I leave. All I thought as I'm driving to Social Status is "did this dude just try to sell me some boy shoes?". Lack of choices and lack of people in the store 2 days before Christmas made me think......hmmmm.”
