“I cannot say enough about Norma and her team at Cobblestone. As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous and very uneducated about the process. Norma took the time to walk through everything from rates to down payments to closing cost to taxes. There wasn’t one stone left unturned. My loan documents came in within days even the closing attorney was impressed. When my documents came in, Norma took the time to walk through every line item. In every number to ensure I knew what everything was in that nothing was missed. I cannot say how much I appreciated her knowledge and her generosity with her time there were several times I would just text her in the middle of the day to ask a clarifying question or to ask her to remind me of something that we talked about and she was always responsive and never made me feel like I was stupid. I highly recommend Norma in her team and I will use them again in the future.”
