Provisions Waxhaw is a restaurant and retail shop with a coffee bar, serving breakfast and lunch daily. The space has a very nice mood with a large dining area and a shop inside featuring many interesting items from local suppliers, including soaps, honey, lotions, olive oils, balsamic, pastries, handcrafted gifts, natural laundry detergent, and sausages. The food is good, tasty, and really good, with items like well-seasoned potatoes and bacon, fluffy biscuits, good pancakes, and a popular Reuben sandwich. However, multiple reviews note the portions are super small for the price, with sandwiches and salads described as very small. The staff is consistently noted as very friendly, professional, sweet, and kind, with quick service and frequent check-ins. The owner is also highlighted as being very nice and accommodating. Many customers state they will be back often, calling it a great gem of a spot worth a visit.
Stopped by for coffee. It was a seasonal coffee inspired by pumpkin spice and fall season. It was good.

Food was delicious but a little pricey. $15 for a burrito, $10 for a moderate sized cup of grits. However, food was excellent and their selection of spices and prepared foods is pretty impressive. All the coffees are delicious and on point.
