“We had an amazing experience here today! The gentleman was so knowledgeable and helpful. He really knew his products and taught us a few things. I highly recommend the caramels. Can't wait to come back again!!”
“Maria does a great job of showing me all the new stuff that comes in and has the best customer service. Most of the other vape shops seem like they just want your money when she actually helps.”
“The Tinder Box has always been the best cigar spot in Charlotte NC. I've been visiting this location for many years and always impressed with their collection and offerings of cigars and the knowledgeable staff.
The humidor is always stocked, organized, and well maintained with something for everyone from entry level to niche and rare cigars.
I have always felt welcome by owner, those who work there and will continue to support this local establishment hopefully for many more years.”
“First time at this place, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the boss himself, who was not only very welcoming but also a true gentleman and cigar connoisseur (the two legged boss was great too lol)
This is already my favorite cigar spot🐾🦴”

“Rory is one of the best, knowledgeable, nicest most friendly employees I’ve come across in a long time. The owner Mike is always friendly and helpful. These guys really do great work. 10/10 recommend”
“Does anyone have a updated number for the place I bought a peak and I need to get in touch with the store in order to get a copy of the receipt to claim it under it’s two year warranty but the number I found says it’s disconnected”
“This is the only place I shop at for disposables. I always know I’m going to get a quality product. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they have no issues answering any questions I might have.”
“Best customer service I've experienced. Alexis is awesome ! She deserve a huge THANK YOU!!! I will only go to this store from now on...they literally have everything you could need!! If you haven't been here before, you DEFINITELY should go...great prices, deals, etc.”
“First time visitor picking up for a client. Walked in the door and they made the pickup very easy, smooth and I was out of there within seconds. Very professional”

“Su at the smoke shop provided an excellent experience from the moment I walked in. His recommendations were spot on, and it was clear he was very knowledgeable as he answered all of my questions with ease. The service was quick and efficient, and the shop itself smelled great without being overwhelming. He offers a great selection of quality products, and I am especially excited to try the low nicotine vape he recommended because it tastes incredibly smooth. I will definitely be returning.”
“One of the best smoke shops in the area. Doesn’t seem like there’s so much sketchy stuff here and the client seems to be a little more normal than some of the other smoke shops in Union County.”
“I come here everyday and the staff is very polite and friendly. They are very knowledgeable for all the HOT items. Customer service is a 10/10⭐⭐”

“I love the store. Everybody is so nice and they’re open as early as you can imagine and until as late as you could imagine, I can’t say how much the employees have helped me find the greatest product that I wanted. One of my favorite things to get here are the vapes, but they’ve also helped me find pre-rolls that I like I would highly suggest the store to anybody looking to have a good puff.”
