The Subway sandwich shop is hiring, and management caused some delays. The gas station is clean and has many options for travelers, including showers. This is the last travel center before going into the mountains for 2 hours. The bathrooms were clean, and it was easy to get stuff. It's a must-stop if you're going west, and a great spot to take a break and stretch legs if you're coming east. The employees are kind, hard-working, and focused on customer service, but they seem to be understaffed. They really go above and beyond to do a good job, but there aren't enough of them, so it may seem like the place is not up to par, but it is. The truck parking is not the best, but the store itself and the employees are really good. The remodeling of the Pilot Travel Center has been awesome, and the truck turn right into the first entrance, go to the go-around in front of the store to the back parking lot, and curve around to the left to enter the CAT Scale and fuel lanes. The Pilot Travel Center has caring people, great environments, clean bathrooms, and accessible ramps for those in need. The place is wide open and nice. Their prices are more reasonable than the competition, and they are more friendly to their customers, taking pride in their work, unlike the competition.

Easy access from I40. There is a separate entrance and exit for truckers which makes it easier. Cashier's are pleasant and I like that it's one stop shopping.
