“We rented a unit from Great Smokies Storage for a little over a year. We found the facility to be clean, safe and secure. We especially liked the 24 hour gated code access and multiple security cameras throughout. Even though our unit was not climate controlled, our belongings were just fine, even after the damp winter months. The auto pay service was seamless and communication upon move in and move out was great. We would recommend this storage facility to our friends and family.”
