“We rented a climate controlled unit for about 5 months. The facility was clean and gate access was easy to go in and out of when needed. They have trolleys inside the climate controlled buildings that you can use to help move. They were very upfront with the costs. There were not hidden fees and they let us know ahead of time that they do not prorate the month you move out. Communication was easy. Highly recommend.”

“This is a great storage facility. We used a unit for just over a year. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the great communication of the staff. Setting up a monthly payment was simple, and we even received email reminders before those payments were withdrawn. On our move-out day, the movers we hired even remarked on the quality of the space. Highly recommend this facility for your storage needs, especially if you need a climate controlled space like we did.”
“This was a much needed rest stop for us. Last minute travel complications worked out very well when we chose to stay here!! The facilities are very well thought out and maintained but also beautiful in the hills of NC. Many sites have nice sized trees to provide some shade.
Any location that isn't right on the highway can be nerve wracking to find at night but the owner took a lot of time giving us VERY good directions.
The Wi-Fi service was terrific, electric hookup very nice and the dump connection was as clean and well maintained as I've seen.
We couldn't have been happier with our stay. I believe that this may become a routine stop for us in the future. Truly was a good value for the money and a respite for our souls.
Bonus... 2 lovely horses to watch in the pasture and magnificent views of the mountains.
Side note - I looked at a review that was complaining about lot size and I have to vehemently disagree. We arrived at night to a very good sized lot with utilities placed thoughtfully. We had neighbors on both sides of us but my husband backed our 34' rig in one entry without any trouble because he had adequate room to navigate. We had plenty of room to put out our awning and use the picnic table that was provided.”
