I would give zero stars if possible. They do not stand behind their word whatsoever. Was quote $2.89 per gallon. 2 weeks later propane finally shows up and was charged 3.89 per gallon. Will never do business with suburban propane again.

The worse company in the world is here. Suburban ruins any BNB business. Mixup the accounts, the payments, the technicians and customer service are absolutely clueless. By mistake they turned off our gas tank, try to charge to reconnect, and cause us a business loss. We are changing the company immediately.
