The worst manager I have ever come in contact with. So update, today I switched and for the same service through a competitor I will save 58.00 monthly ! Thank goodness I am done with them.

Just left the store after spending over $1300.00 on a darn phone. I could have gotten better service and more personal service at a cemetery. Ask about transferring my data and contacts and was told they don't have the time today. But I could drive and hour each way and come back to have it done. Really?

If you have an afternoon to wait I invite you to waste it here. Even though we had an appointment, and were in time for the appointment, we were told we were third in line. It has been an hour we’ve been sitting here waiting to be called. I don’t see anyone in the store who was here before us, and we are still waiting. There is no indication that they are going to call us. I see they are waiting on the man who came in behind us, while we continue to wait.

I am surprised by the negative reviews, and clearly these folks have not done business with AT&T. Now that's a negative situation.Chandler was patient and pleasant and took all the time in the world to help me switch over from AT&T. I never ever could have done it on my own. And oh the bliss of having a local store when you need help, instead of a call center where everyone has a heavy accent.There were three employees in the store that day, and all of them were helpful and polite. But Chandler is just an exceptionally nice young man, and very capable.They don't seem to get much thanks. That must be discouraging. I appreciated their help.

Verizon customer service cannot help you at all maybe they can but they will not if they ever close their walk-in stores even though I paid nothing for them I will get my own account somewhere else I have been trying to get my pixel 6 a fixed for almost a year all they do is pass me around and hang up on me tell me I never had it on my number LOL my new phone says is right on there

Absolutely worst customer service, I had business lines with Verizon but the just rep off, after canceling all my accounts the still sending me bills. The just a joke I will never recommend my worst anime ?

Customer Service/AsurionSo difficult to communicate. 1.5 hours on the phone and loosing patience. I know people try hard, but I'm frustrated!In the end, my phone did not get delivered to my address.Thankfully the US Based representative solved my issue, thankfully! 5 stars to them!

What a crock. Verizon talked me into two new Galaxy S23 phones and when I got them there were no chargers.So I called customer service. First call was to a girl that had trouble with the English and kept running her mouth rather than lisening.Second call got someone who spoke English and told me just use my old chargers.Problem is I was not told that phones did not come with chargers I have owned many phones and never bought one that it did not come with a charger) and that my old chargers are only 25 watt units whereas the new phone uses a newer 45 watt charger.What a ripoff.

When I called the store it routed me to another Verizon customer care somewhere,I wanted to speak to my local store,I asked her a few questions and said can you all the store cause it won't let me talk to the store she replied "no if I call it will redirect the call back to me" so guess I can't talk to my local verizon store at all,will be glad to switch to at&t.
