Ed was absolutely amazing - he went above and beyond for me! I got there 10 minutes before they closed, as I had just realized that I needed a part to get over 45 miles home, and AutoZone had already closed. He was gracious, helpful, and so kind to me in a very vulnerable and time-sensitive situation. Thank you so much - Ed deserves a raise!!!

You know the guys at the store are great. Problem I have is trying to order parts ahead of time on the app. There are a lot of less expensive parts that you guys claim to have. But I've searched parts for 3 different vehicles and all the least expensive parts are never available at any stores nearby and aren't available to be delivered. ....can you say clickbait. These parts show up AT YOUR STORE with a Google search. But they are never available

I love this location and Angel is the best. But management really needs to thoroughly train people. Every time I'm in there's a guy who has to wait 15 minutes to ask his manager how to do something or if I'm allowed to order stuff. It gets old quick and turns a 10 minute trip onto a 30 minute trip.

Looks like my experience with Advance was taken down and not addressed. Thursday the 15 my jeep over heated on I26 and I had to get a rollback to get home. I asked the rollback operator if he could drop by Advance in Weaverville to see what codes it threw and he said ok. I went in and asked if he could check and see what codes it threw so I could see what happened. He said he couldn't tell me what was wrong real hateful and I said I wanted the codes so I could figure out what it was. We got outside and he said I would have to take it off the rollback. Advance didn't allow him to do that. I went down to Autozone and they were polite and didn't have a problem getting the code helping me at a bad time. It was the coolent sensor. I have been a loyal customer of Advance for years. You can check my purchase history. I have done many projects over the years spending a lot of money there. I would like a response by the owner and not having my review taken down.

Break line from reservoir to abs system blew. Looking online two stores had it. Black mt and weaverville. Black mt said they didn't have it but weaverville did. Okay so I drive to the store. Walk in and they ask what I need and I tell them and then, pretty much yelling all they have are straight lines and they have never seen a bent line in their lives in that store. I argue with them till they look it up and they find the one I don't need and tell me tomorrow. I know what I need so I ask about the one that is above the one they don't have. He looks at it doesn't look at me mumbles something and then tells his partner to help out someone else and disappears. When he comes back guess what? He has the formed line in hand! Then after looking at the rusted bent one argues with me that they look nothing alike! I see some differences. It's a aftermarket part. I ask are the treads the same? They are and I said it will work. He yells at me that they are nothing alike and after I can't get it on they will not take it back. I said that's fine because it's going to fit. Guess what? It fits! Total assholes work at the store in weaverville and I will never go in that store again. The chain is a good place for parts but they need to hire people who help and sell parts instead of treating everyone like they are stupid!

Great place to get a new battery. You don't have to touch a thing. They check your current battery and let you know how much life is left with a print out. Then, If you need a new battery they install it and clean the terminal.

I love Advance Auto. I was going to go to O'Reilly but they never seem to have anything in stock. I was desperate for a battery so I looked online at Advance Auto and it said they were in stock. I called when I got off work and sure enough they had it, woot woot! But they can't put it in for me because of the computer but I'm not mad about it. Great place for automotive parts!

We went to advanced auto parts in Weaverville, North Carolina to get a battery for our Tahoe. They would gladly sell us the battery but would not put it in. They say it’s too labor intensive. There are only 4 bolts that hold it in!!!! When the manager came from Subway we said can we ask you a question about not installing batteries. He lifted his Subway bag, indicating it was his time to eat. He said “what do you want”? That’s when we were told “battery installation is too labor intensive, we don’t do that.” We said ok, and went across the street to AUTO ZONE. We got the same top of the line battery for $30.00 less, AND THEY INSTALLED IT free of charge!!!!! I doubt this will show up on FB, but I will spread the word to all my friends which is more than those who will read this if it does make FB! We certainly WILL NOT spend another penny at Advanced Auto Parts!! What a poor demonstration of customer service. Charles & Casey
