You can not speak to a live person at all. I held for the pharmacy for 45 minutes and I know the call was ignored. Just wanted to know when my perception would be ready and had to drive over to get that info. Will never use them again.

They are allergic to answering the phone. I understand they are short staffed at times but I've been left on hold for the pharmacy for over an hour 3 different times before hanging up over the past 4-5 months. With so many pharmacies in close proximity I wouldn't use these people.

The drive through was closed.I understand they’re short staffed.Instead of closing the drive though, maybe close or limit the inside???All these sick people standing in close proximity is so disrespectful to them (especially to the elderly or sick). This does not adhere to a pharmacy’s mission of health. It was wrong. Flu, Covid and RSV are rampant right now. Why close the drive through??? There were so many people coughing. Such a bad decision.

Second time the drive thru pharmacy was closed due to staffing. This last time there were fifteen people ahead of me in line.

They do not keep their posted pharmacy times current. Even temporary changes should be posted.

I always experience nice staff greetings who are willing to help answer questions. They have good products and choices. I also like the discounts they offer having a CVS extra care card that's easy to use.

If I could give them a 0 I would. The slowest staff ever, had an appointment for 12 at the minute clinic and was told I needed to be 15 minutes early. Sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half before I had been taken care of. Would rather go anywhere else and I advise you to do the same.

I’ll always have a wonderful experience with the pharmacy and the store itself. Today I went to the drive-through to get my medication; an extremely efficient, professional, & kind person gave me incredible service. I could tell he is someone who is highly intelligent, & oftentimes most are arrogant or rude. He was awesome. CVS, keep this guy because he is worth everything & more than what you may realize.

This is a great Pharmacy. I am always greeted with the most welcome smile each month I go to pick up my prescriptions. I never have any issues with anything! The staff seem like they actually enjoy their jobs, and that is hard to come by these days. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I shop regularly at the Weaverville NC CVS and am always greeted cordially by staff and helped to locate items in the store and am assisted with my purchase. Bryan the Supervisor at this store is always available and helpful to me with my shopping list and in assisting me to get Extra Care Credits/ discounts I am entitled to on my CVS account. 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for CVS I highly recommend CVS for Rx and all other useful health and other necessities and items.

I normally do not leave bad reviews as we all have bad days and you never know what a person might be personally dealing with. Let me start by saying I previously left CVS years ago, as I was given not one, but two wrong medications in SC. Unfortunately, my new insurance requires I use CVS for the “best deals”. I reluctantly changed back to CVS from Walgreens upon relocating to Weaverville. My experience in this store since I moved here two months ago has been nothing but “my time wasted”.I transferred my husband and my file at the same time when we moved. I went into the store in person to do this and to give them my insurance info in person so there would be no delays when we needed our prescriptions filled. The lady assisting me that day appeared to be annoyed that I came in with my info. However, sourly, she took my info. When I was ready for my prescription to be filled, I was told “I wasn’t in system”. I proceeded to explain I brought all info in person to the store so we wouldn’t have this issue . I even signed a transfer form. After two days of going back-and-forth with the same lady, “I discovered” they had my birthdate wrong and entered an old phone number. I had given them my current number when I went in person so there would be no issues. I then went back to the store to try to resolve this matter in person. A very nice younger lady assisted me. I explained the entire ordeal and she said she wound have the pharmacist call me. As of this date, I have never heard a word from him.Fast forward to today. My dr sent in 3 prescriptions for me yesterday afternoon while I was sitting in her office. I received notification from CVS last night that my prescriptions are ready. I went around lunchtime today to pick them up and there was no record of my prescriptions and no record my doctor had sent anything in. I then called my doctor’s office and I was told that the prescriptions were sent in while I was still in the office. This of course I believe, as I was sitting in her office, and given my previous experience with CVS. I called the pharmacy and just happen to get the pharmacist. He said that it just came in… and he would filled it now. I waited approximately 20 to 30 minutes and went back and had to sit for another 20 minutes in the car line just to be told it wasn’t ready. I sat at the window until it was completed. I have to say the service at this particular store is like no other I have ever experienced. The lady at the window even went as far as to say they never notified me for pick up. I showed her the confirmation and her response was I don’t know why you got that. I wish I could change pharmacies. However my insurance company uses CVS… I will be notifying my insurance company as well. It is very scary that this store is so incompetent. I do recognize this is a busy store. However, no one should have issues like this “every-time” .
