Service was ok, spent 80$ on a game and had a return policy on it and got 30$ store credit instead of a refund. A card I cannot use on their website nor on other gift cards such as PlayStation since it’s a “ store policy” and if I wanted cash in return I would’ve gotten 21$. Complete scam.

Brought my xbox one s to trade in. Said because controller was messed up they'd have to mark whole thing defective. They then laughed about it. Night staff. 6:00.

Great please came in to try to look at the prices for a ps4 controller. It’s 12:14 pm and still closed I love GameStop but this is ridiculous.

This place is never open anymore. On the few chances I've NOT been in Weaverville and called rather than going by, they're either still closed, or never answer the phone.

The sign on the door says they open at 10, online says they open at 11 and today they didn't open for the 20 minutes I waited... I'm just gonna by games at Walmart now. Atleadt now my time won't be wasted

I'm disappointed in this GameStop. I called with a concern and can't be helped because i don't have a receipt. Like yeah I know I called because I didn't have it but thank you for the no help.But I love my game I got there oh wait you never put the game in case and didnt put the clear tape on it either. So I paid 30 for a empty case amazing.

Someone inside keeps answering and hanging up 2/21/23 at 12:40pm called a bunch repeated action horrible customer service needs to find another job roll back the cameras and take action and it will go back to a good review thanks

I ordered a ps5 online and was cheaper than what some people are charging on social media apps and with a warranty was same price as what individuals where charging.
