After a brutal week of catastrophes, my car decided to die. I dropped my car off at Gibson to fix one problem, but as soon as they put it on the lift they saw issue after issue. They were honest and realistic with me and said the car may not make it long even with the repairs. They could have easily kept quiet and done the repairs and made money off of me, but instead they were honest and I really appreciate that. They made no money off of that visit, but I'm definitely going to bring all my cars there from now on!(Plus the dogs are adorable)

Good guys still exist! Don worked me in yet never made me feel like I was interrupting. He treated me like I was the only customer he had. Troubleshot the issue, test drove the vehicle.Honest and fair.I’ll go back.

Very friendly & helpful service. I went here to have a used vehicle inspected before buying it. They ended up charging far less than the quoted amount because the job was easier than they expected. They seem like kind honest folks.
