This is the second time In a row I have come into this store and been told the dressing rooms are closed because they are closing early. This time the manager was called to the front and very rudely basically agrees with me that they are closing early because it's Friday night and there are only two people working. If the store closes at 8pm is it standard policy to close the dressing rooms at 6:45??

The smell in this place had been getting worse and worse for months. Almost unbearable now. Seriously it smells like poop and dead animal, I'm genuinely concerned for my health in there.

I’m also very uncomfortable with Simon’s customer service. He seems to go out of his way to make us feel this way. At the register, he wiped his snot on my clothes, repeated “I’m so sorry” multiple times for doing so, then continued to wipe his hands on my clothes. It was disturbing and completely unnecessary. This is the type of treatment we receive with him. It’s not ok

I shopped at your location yesterday. The store was disorderly and quite dirty. Items on shelves just randomly thrown together. I won’t be returning.

The sign on the fitting room says to ask an employee for a room. When I went to ask two of the employees who were busy talking to eachother, I guess they got mad I interrupted them and then they fussed at me for not pushing the button near the fitting room. Then they refused to give me a room and ignored me and walked away. Rude customer service.

It is horrible that we donate all of the things to goodwill that they make their profit from. Unbelievable profits from what they get free! Then you take away bags to put our purchases in when we shop there. You make enough profit!! Please don't charge us for a bag to put our purchases in. Unbelievable!

I do not normally do reviews but I have to say today was horrible!!! I asked a guy to help me plug in a mini fridge to see if it worked. He was very rude and huffing because I asked for assistance. Again at checkout the young lady was also very rude!!!! What is wrong with this world today?? Needless to say it was not a good day at the goodwill!!!!
