She worked with my husband to design my engagement ring and worked with me to design a custom bolo for my him to wear on our wedding day. Both of which turned out better than I could've imagined. I have also purchased my favorite ring and an iconic dino-bone cuff from her. All four of these are heirloom pieces that I will treasure forever! I have a great time chatting with them each time I go in to browse (which almost always turns into purchase).I started shopping here before I even lived in Asheville and I can’t recommend their shop enough. A majority of my jewelry has come from their shop and even the earrings I wore for my rehearsal dinner and wedding came from here! Our wedding colors were terracotta and mauve and I couldn’t have found a better pair of earrings than these. All of their pieces are so unique but also functional to wear as everyday pieces. Embellish has also become my go-to place for gifts as they have something for everyone!”

“I went for a consultation in order to get info before my daughter and I came in for piercings. Alan was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He was very easy to talk to, explained everything I needed to know, and created an overall great experience. I had only come in for info, but actually left with a nasal piercing. He was very professional with the piercing and there was almost no pain. The jewelry selection was incredible! Lots of things to choose from with different design styles as well as price points. I will definitely be going there again with my daughter, even though we live in the Knoxville, TN area. It is worth the drive!!”

“We stopped in a few weekends ago just to look and ended up having the absolute best experience purchasing an engagement ring. Ashley helped us that day and she was an absolute joy to work with. She explained all of our options and was patient as we tried rings on and made our choice. She helped us through the financing options and even spoke with the onsite jeweler in order to have our ring ready for pickup the same day! Then the final above and beyond moment was when we walked back into the store to pick up the ring and she presented it to us on a flower bouquet! “Super cute little spot downtown. As I was walking, I noticed there are actually two locations on opposite ends. The workers were super kind of seems engaged in their own conversation. It was still very welcoming spot tho. I love the organization and the content of the store. Very classy, but it ranges from affordable too expensive. Seems like a great spot to get a gift. They have candles and jewelry/accessories and coding. Lots of little Asheville trinkets Apparently checking on Yelp gets to 25% off earrings which is super cool”

“I searched and searched for the Mystery Machine shoes by Irregular Choice and finally found them, however, the timing was not ideal. I was between paychecks and do not use credit cards so I had already spent my budgeted allowance for clothing/shoes. I called and spoke to Renee. He is an exceptionally gifted old soul who creates jewelry on a level I had not previously encountered.While I have acquired many gorgeous pieces over my lifetime, I do not connect with any of them in the way I do to the arrow shaped gold pendant which I purchased that day. He imbues his pieces with a captivating energy that simultaneously feels ancient yet modern. Since acquiring the pendant I have had at least ten strangers approach me and ask where I obtained this beauty.I was so enchanted with the piece that I decided to request that Dave create a pair of earrings to complement it. I explained that I didn’t want a large stone but something more subdued that repeated the arrow motif. He carefully listened to my ideas, took time to ponder a possible design making certain that my wishes were met and then sent a drawing of the proposed earrings which were precisely what I had in mind. We discussed budget and once approved, he proceeded to create exactly what I had envisioned. Throughout the process he sent images to keep me updated so I felt like I was part of the creation.Dave is engaging and is an absolute joy to work with. You are in for a treat! I plan to visit Aerial Gallery as often as possible and hope to acquire something equally resplendent from him in the future.”

“Charmed Asheville is a cute shop on Broadway. The store is larger than it appears from the door as when you keep going in you will find more and more items to buy. The clerk was very friendly and even offered to hold my items at the register while I continued to browse. I would suggest looking at your receipt before you leave as I was charged for an extra item but didn't discover it until I was home. But the store did issue me a refund for that so all is good.”

I got a lot of the glass: pen holder; friend light; hanging feeder; and a glow in the dark pumpkin for the holidays that was a last minute, impulse buy, but my favorite. Shipping was great, but my pumpkin's stem did not make it. The store is sending me a replacement with no hassle. This is a store I will return to every time I get to Ashemville to see what they have next!”
