Stay away from this Tmobile store and it's Assistant Manager, Caleb. It's scam time. They sell you a promotion phone and 1.5 months later when you get your bill that includes an extra $250 in monthly payment (which was not, repeat NOT, in the invoice), you go back to the store to return the phone. Caleb, practically in a screaming tone, refused the return saying the 14-day period for returns had expired. When explained that the bill arrived 1.5 months later, his response was "Tough luck". In any case, Tmo's Executive Response team called today with an apologetic answer and eliminated the monthly payments. Tmo is great but go to their Patton Avenue or Tunnel Road stores. This one and its personnel suck.

Our family experienced great customer service switching from Verizon to T-Mobile.I spoke with Olly who answered my many detailed questions thoroughly, helping us find the best deals and service plan for our family's differing tech needs. When I returned to the store to purchase our new phones and plan, Olly was incredibly thorough in helping get everything set up according to our needs while explaining what was being done throughout the process.I have never experienced a more informative, friendly, and easy service set-up. Troubleshooting plan options with trustworthy, skillful, service reps ready to take the time to understand your individual needs makes such a difference!

The store manager is deceitful. He seriously misrepresented the promotion and what our total bill would be. It seems like T-Mobile might be a descent company based on my multiple conversations with support regarding this, but this store in particular is run by someone who is very untrustworthy.

Agent misrepresented promotions, products and kept changing her story with regard to what she told me and my wife. Free phone, we will payoff your account for you and other promotional sales falsehoods. Fortunately after a month and a half of unprofessional ignorance, T-mobile corporate apologized for her incompetence and helped make things right.

My wonderful inexpensive t-mobile internet router died. The staff at the Weaverville store were so helpful and so polite. I had whole new system in minutes -- no hassle, no guilt-tripping: just excellent courteous customer service, they way it ought to be. The store is nice there's one retail with white hair that is so nice and helpful. In my opinion t.movile does not have great deals I think could be better but is not the fault of the people who works there.

I had a great experience switching my service from ATT to T mobile. They were friendly and helpful and the service is reliable.The problem occurred when my bill was $12 more a month than originally stated. After multiple trips back to the store I was told the original sales person “did the math wrong” and there was nothing they could do.The manager has yet to call me back after almost 2 weeks since I spoke with her in the store. I’m hopeful this issue can get resolved and I can change this review in the future.
