Unfriendly, unhelpful on the local bank level, incredibly customer-unfriendly policies on the general bank level. Who sends a snail mail letter instead of a call, email or push notification to notify an accountholder that they will be delaying a check deposit in this day and age? How is that useful to anyone? They also promised in writing that if the delay of funds led to returned check fees that they would make it good, but when I contacted the local bank, a person with a very unpleasant attitude assured me that they would do no such thing. They are certainly the worst bank I have worked with in many years.

Have a credit card with them. Got a letter 12 days after it was dated saying my ac was suspended. Suspected fraud. Gave a number for fraud dept. Called and got their damn jingle for 85 minutes. No person. Called again, 23 minutes. I give up.

The sweetest, most professional tellers but unfortunately, management uses the ATM lane as a teller lane also. Been trapped in my car in the line 3 times, for more than 10 minutes touse the ATM.

I closed my accounts with TD because I wanted to move to Suntrust. The teller at TD didn’t close one of my accounts correctly, so the ‘bill pay’ remained active even though I had emptied my account. TD sent payments from my supposedly closed account and then charged me for the overdraft fees. I called TD and was told they would take care of it, but they only partially did. Almost a year later I received a letter from a debt collector. I contested it, but was told that in the process of contesting it the charge could end up on my credit report. To prevent that, I paid the wrongly imposed overdraft fees. I would never ever use TD Bank again & will tell everyone I know. If you ever close an account, make sure to get the name of the teller.

wow, lied to about a checking account service and what it offered. try banking over the phone and you get a 20 minute wait over and over. Don't think for a second that you are a customer. You are just another cypher. Manager at the Burnsville branch could not even help when I had a problem. Useless bank and people!

I give 2 stars as Aspen, who helped us open the account was very nice and helpful. However, this bank seems to have their overdraft policies set up in a way to confuse and just to incur fees. I opened a new business account (what I thought I was told was linked to a personal account and wrote a temporary check from the wrong one and even though I was monitoring the balances these overdrafts were charged over and over but did not even show up for 4 days after the fact. I called and was told a manger, Greta would call back but she never did. Finally after calling multiple times I spoke to the Manger and told that this would not be fully reimbursed due to it not being a bank error. It was just due to the Labor day holiday and my misunderstanding of how the accounts worked. I assumed they would take into consideration the circumstances and reverse these fees but they did not and that they were a bank who valued their customers and would give considerations but they are not.
