They give outdated dog food from February and it’s July. I don’t want to feed my dog bad food. Otherwise it’s a good place.

Self wash was great! the only slight problem was that there were no restraining collars and some of the blowers were broken (still functional though) not a problem for my dogs though thankfully. will definitely be back

The self-service dog wash at Tractor Supply is a great concept and overall a solid experience. The facilities are somewhat clean, the equipment works well, and the shampoo selection is decent. It’s super convenient for a quick clean-up after a muddy hike or just regular grooming.
That said, the biggest issue isn’t the setup — it’s some of the other customers. Not everyone seems to have control over their dogs, and it can turn a simple wash into a chaotic scene. I’ve had experiences where people let their dogs wander around, bark excessively, or even get too close to mine while I’m trying to wash him. It’s not the store’s fault, but it would be nice if there were clearer rules posted or maybe a staff member checking in occasionally.
If you go during a quieter time, it’s a great option. Just be prepared to share the space with other dogs (and owners) who may not be as mindful as you’d hope.

Always greeted upon walking in the store. Very helpful staff. Unlike Wally world they are usually well stocked in cat food. Not to mention I bought one of the most beautiful roses in my yard here. The red is so vibrant almost like it's neon. Overall a great store!

The PET VET Center is absolutely fantastic. I had a slight Emergency with my wonderful Dog whom needed. some antibiotics because of a cyst rupture. The staff shaved, cleaned, and removed the fluid, as well as gave me antibiotics in anticipation for her surgery in a few days. The staff relieved my anxiety and we left feeling so satisfied. The staff is wonderful. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and care for me and my precious Dog. Love ya.......Michael

The dog washing station is such a great idea for customers! EXCEPT, the store doesn't keep it clean nor do they stop people from trashing it. Every time I use the dog washing station I walk into a GIANT mess & there are nasty piles of dog hair all over the floor and inside the washing station. I don't understand how people can't just clean up after themselves?? There are multiple signs all around and inside the room that say please clean up your pet hair and NO SHAVING YOUR ANIMAL as it clogs the drains. The last time I went there, there were no towels, hardly any soap. (I started to bring my own dog shampoo & towels).

just a terrible store... 1st they can be very rude, especially to those of us that have to use curbside due to injury or age, 2nd - bags of corn or birdseed are constantly being taped up and sold... that's against the Federal Trade Commission. What i pay for is what i should get..period. This store continually tapes bags and sells them to uninformed customers. SHAME ON YOU

Short staffed and the staff they did have were understandably stressed and rude as a result. The website indicated 67 packages of the item I needed, available for pick up but there were none to be found. Big waste of time. They seem to need better management.

Literally let in 2 off lead dogs??♀️. Owner could not control them and was screaming at them. Tried to go up to everyone’s dog. Informed the manager about the dogs and she said she didn’t care and that people does it all the time.
