“10/10 would recommend for mechanical issues. We were leaving to head back home (300+ miles away) when we noticed our car was pouring oil. Our insurance company called us a tow driver (Red from Asheville Wrecking also 10/10!) and dropped us here. It was Memorial Day so we were sure they wouldn't get around to even being able to look at it that day. But they did and they even got it fixed and us back on the road that evening! Also it being a holiday, getting an Uber was impossible so they sent their shuttle driver to pick us and he was such a nice man too! Especially since we were his last pickup of the day and he chose to stay later to do it. Judy was amazing and we're so thankful to her and the whole staff! Mechanic work is never cheap but considering it was a holiday and they got it out within 4 or 5 hours, I'd say it was exceptionally priced!”

“Had to make an emergency stop twenty minutes before closing the day before Thanksgiving - smoke was pouring out of the hood. These guys went right to work, figured out the problem, fixed it, drove it around the block to be sure, and charged us virtually nothing. AND stayed a half hour after closing to make sure it was done well. Absolutely saved our Thanksgiving.”

“Everyone was very helpful and easy to work with. Got treated great and I think I got a good deal. Would deal with you again. My only suggestion would be for Jeff to slow down and explain the process more. We were told that we purchased the 10 year warranty thing for $3200 and we weren’t aware of it. My wife and I don’t remember it being explained or asked if we wanted it. He offered to correct it when we questioned him about it. Overall we were greatly impressed and pleased with the process and the staff”

“I was very pleased with multiple aspects of my used-car-buying experience at Skye Autohaus. First, the Ford Focus hatchback I chose was IMPRESSIVELY clean and smelled fresh. For a 7 year old vehicle with light colored cloth seats, I was blown away by how well it was detailed and as close as possible to "like new" inside, and that made me feel good about driving it in the care they took with it. Second, Kristen was extremely helpful, friendly, and excellent at explaining details to me through the purchasing process, and really took her time with us, even though our stay there lasted past closing time. We never felt rushed or pressured and the dealership has a cozy small-town vibe that's pleasantly different from what you might expect in a car buying experience.
