We were very impressed with the manager on site! She made every effort to make our meal perfect and she did! Thank you for listening to your customers! Under new management!

Food is great, service is always great, but dear god why did they ‘beige mom’ all the decor and remove any ounce of personality? It’s a total eyesore and is no longer enjoyable to eat inside this

We were visiting the area for my 50th birthday and my sister surprised me with a pastry tray and chocolate crème cake. All the pastries and the cake were out of this world delicious!!!

Love having a food truck on Reems Creek Rd, across from the Karpen Soccer Field. Wish that they had room in the truck for better coffee options. They are super fast and efficient. Sometimes I find their grilled sandwiches a little greasy on the outside. But they are super tasty. They are really 4 1/2 stars in my book..... close to being 5 stars.... I wish there was a way to get the sandwiches customized, because if there was it would definitely be 5 stars from me.

Received an amazing lunch out of their food truck! My 13yo son and I are in Asheville for outdoor adventures and culinary delights. Well-Bred Bakery did not disappoint. We split a Caprese Ciabatta sandwich which was dreamy. Toasted with melted cheese, fresh tomatoes and pesto with the perfect amount of garlic! When it comes to food, I’m all about texture, and the pesto on the bread results in a crisp crust, doughy goodness and perfect melty middle, it was the best! We had the sesame noodles as our side, and again, the cold salad was so refreshing. Perfect amount of ginger and peanut sauce with slight crunch of the sesame seeds. Delicious! Finished it with a petite eclair that was amazing! Loved it!

Well Bred was a huge disappointment today; it isn’t the same restaurant of pre-Covid. The salad serving sizes are much smaller and there are much fewer offerings. The prices are nearly 30% higher than ore-Covid. The staff is unhelpful. One stands in line to order, takes a number, and one’s order is brought to one’s table. Other than the food bring brought to your table, there is no service and no real customer service. In spite of the lack of service, when one pays for one’s food, there is a space to leave a tip. The definition of a restaurant tip is: a gift or a sum of money tendered for a service performed or anticipated : a gratuity. Over the years, tipping has lost it’s meaning. It is no longer “a gift or a sum of money tendered for a service performed or anticipated : a gratuity.” Because of our experience today, I’m not sure we will return; at least, any time soon.

Was our first visit and we were very impressed. Outstanding selection of pastries, good coffee and flavorful breakfast items. Service was quick and the staff is very friendly. This is what a main street bakery/cafe should be like. Worth the trip.

We stopped in for a light breakfast and coffee. They had several quiche options, breakfast sandwiches and wraps. We opted for the quiche and it was large enough to split and delicious. Good coffee options. There were light lunch options and an amazing looking dessert case.

They offer every baked tasty treat you can think of. I haven't had anything I didn't like yet. Their breakfast and lunch options are great for on the go too. Most mornings there's a line to the door, but it moves quick. Just shows how good it is.

I am always overly excited about quiche on a menu. However, I enjoy my crust with a crunch. Unfortunately it tasted like rubber. I can only assume they heated it up with a microwave to get that taste. The pecan praline cookie was so good... with the exception of the wax paper that was stuck to the bottom... the chocolate walnut cookie was very dry. I'm not sure I would come back. The menu looked amazing and maybe we went on a day that things weren't as excellent as they could be.

Well bred isn't what it seems. The food is not fresh, if you want a fresh sandwich, DONT GO HERE. Everything is premade and microwaved, eggs are pre-cooked squares, the only thing that is fresh is the kale salad and it's DRY! The monthly sandwiches are always cold in the middle. Their trash cans are overflowing with trash and their floors are dirty. The staff are the fake kind of "nice service," and it's off-putting.

Oh my... I'm salivating just remembering this place. We were visiting Weaverville and popped in for lunch. It was so good that we just had to return the next day. The salads and sandwiches were delicious, but those desserts - TOP NOTCH! Don't miss this place if you're in the area.
