We went to the UPS store in Weddington last night to get some documents notarized. Fabi was AMAZING! And went above and beyond for us. She and Katie made sure we were taken care of and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was thorough and complete highly recommend.

What a pleasure to come to this store. Had 4 very large, heavy and bulky packages to return to Amazon. Pulled up, opened the trunk and picked up the first 50lbs plus box and was surprised to find someone coming to help. He helped me with all 4 of the packages and getting them into the store.
Luis then helped me scan the QR codes and print the receipts. I had accidentally selected the wrong product to return and he suggested we try Amazon customer service. He asked for my phone and quickly had a chat established with Amazon customer service.
Luis was so very kind and resourceful. This level of customer service was truly remarkable. This UPS store has earned our business for life.

I highly recommend this UPS store located at 13663 Providence Rd. Jordan and Dawson always have a smile on their face and always eager to help all of the customers. Great service, Super efficient and always helpful!! This is my “go to” UPS store for all of my printing and shipping needs! They are OPEN on Sundays as well! The owner is a great guy as well and keeps his store in a clean and organized manner! Great folks! Thanks again to the UPS team at this location! Bill G

Read manager‘s response below. It is highly not unlikely that you did this and I brought a shipping box and last week in the box just like it was shipped and I was told that I needed to pay three dollars for a plastic bag. Now you’re insulting me by suggesting that I am not telling the truth so I’m going to call corporate headquarters and report your office For charging unnecessarily to customers.This particular UPS location always makes it challenging to return Amazon packages. They want to charge you for extra tape on the package when it’s already closed up, they insist on you paying three dollars for a bag that is clear for a box that has never been opened and arrived from Amazon in the same exact box. It’s clear they’re interest is in penalizing Amazon returns and trying to make as much money as possible from the client

Bad experience. Went to return two Amazon pkgs . Second one wouldn’t scan . Employee disinterested and told me “it’s customer self packed” and I need to affix the QR code to the box. He knew I was having trouble. (My fault). Went back to tell him that the instructions say that UPS is supposed to print the label and affix to package. He’s frustrated at this point and says to go use the machine . I tell him I couldn’t get it to work. He then storms over to the machine, scans the item, the label is produced and then says in a gruff voice “ It’s right there!” Then walks off.
I admit I was the one who didn’t use the scanner properly but OMG, what crappy customer help and service.
