All of the Staff are always professional, friendly, & efficient. Especially appreciative when they go above and beyond to assisted with large items. This is a high volume store and they manage to quickly execute transactions with superb customer service

This is my favorite UPS store to drop off packages but I might change my mind after today. The young Hispanic girl was rude and made no effort to be friendly. You could barely hear her and she wouldn’t even make eye contact. Someone school her on being polite to your customers.
