“I just brought my Ford transit 350 to Western Auto last Tuesday 2 days before Thanksgiving. They ran a free diagnostic and found it needed a new alternator. The gentleman came up to tell me what he had found and had an estimate to replace with a new OEM part. He had already called an d located it. He told me they could have it in by Monday morning. I took it first thing and picked it up 6 hours later. They were courteous, professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend these guys.”

“I went in to talk about two potential used vehicles that caught my eye and ended up with a 2024 Equinox EV - plot twist! Jayden took the time to ask about my driving habits and introduced me to the idea of an EV. He just happened to have a gorgeous one in the showroom and well, she's mine now! This was a GREAT buying experience - everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient! I would highly recommend Universal, the Equinox EV, and Jayden!”
“I've owned several Saab's over the years and after taking my car to Superior I can't imagine going anywhere else!!! Jason, the service manager was so nice and super helpful when it came to explaining what issues my car had been having. They did something called a digital inspection of my car, where I got sent a report through my phone that showed me pictures of my car and the problem areas. They also gave me a free window treatment just for coming in. Overall, super impressed with this company and how comfortable I felt going there, definitely recommend!”
“We have been using Chris for years to work on our vehicles. He has always kept his word on when he is going to show up at the house and has saved us a ton of money over the years. While on vacation weeks ago, we were on our way home and the H2 started to hesitate and the check engine light came on. We were in the interstate in the middle of nowhere. We got off at the next exit and the only thing there was a fast food place, a grocery store, and an Advance Auto. I called Chris and used the "if this is an emergency" call this number, which I did and Chris immediately called me back. He told me what to do and told me what parts to get from Advance. I was fortunate enough to find someone that could fix the problem. If it wasn't for Chris' help and quick response I would have been" up the creek".
