This is the second time I have taken a car here and came away very happy”
“Our 2011 535 required some fairly extensive front suspension repair. The dealer estimate was substantially over $5000. The quote from NRP was significantly less, both for labor and parts. The amount of labor was reduced by eliminating obvious redundancies as well as in the cost per hour. Not all parts were BMW but repairs were fully guaranteed for 3 years/36K miles. I found the staff very professional and communicated well with me. The job was finished on time and the vehicle returned in pristine cleaned condition.
I sought NRP because of the projected expense of this repair to a fairly old vehicle even though they were 30 miles distant. I was totally satisfied with the service, the interaction, and the price. I'd be inclined to use them for regular service if they were more conveniently located. I will seek them out for substantial repairs in the future.”

Most importantly, he kept all lines of communication open by letting me know a status and a timeframe. “Their new location is wonderful. I was able to work and even have online meetings while I waited. Service was quick and service manager was friendly and took the time to explain some things to monitor on my car.
I had forgotten my water bottle in the waiting area and another manager, Keyona, brought it out out to me at my car in the parking lot when I was about to leave. I had a great experience here. Highly recommend these guys.

Went back to them with a check engine light issue on 3/16/26. They diagnosed it quickly, ordered a part, and got it fixed the same day. The service manager, Keyona, was nice enough to arrange for a complimentary, LYFT, ride to and from their location to my home so I didnt have to wait there all day. These folks know BMWs, are a great alternative to the high price dealer locations, and they offer exceptional service. This is where I will bring my car for everything from now on.”

Rare to find a mechanic who will recommend against a service that can be put off for a while.
They do diagnostics, order parts, and have quick turnaround times for work.
You owe it to yourself to check them out, at least once. They will probably become your favorite mechanics, too!”
