“I had two x5 35d's and decided to buy another one that had issues that nobody could figure out. I have pretty much an intermediate mechanical ability and have close to 10 diesels. Well this X5 had been gone through by two other shops (names withheld) and nobody could figure it out. Well I looked at it and went through it as well and couldn't get the issue resolved. Finally took it to BPC because of their online reviews and recommendations from other BMW forums. They did an initial diagnosis which I disagreed with but when that didn't fix the issue they rolled up their sleeves and put their best tech on it. For those of us who love Diesels there are darn few shops that want to work on them. Well this X5 needed some additional time and they finally figured it out. I told them it was going to be a challenge and it definitely was, HOWEVER THEY RESOLVED THE ISSUE. All I can say is everything you read about them is true.They know their stuff!!! Thanks BPC for getting the X5 back on the road.”

“I spent weeks looking for a F-150 that was within my price range and under a certain amount of miles I found my truck at Joseph Motors, I was hesitant about making the drive from Florida to North Carolina but after a FaceTime call with Nick where he took the time to show me the truck Inside and out even crawling under the truck to show the undercarriage as well as explaining the thorough inspection and maintenance the vehicles go through at Joseph motors I felt confident making the drive. When I arrived in North Carolina I was greeted by Nick and not rushed or pressured no extra hidden fees and no surprises the truck is exactly what I was told it was and is in excellent condition just like everything else I looked at on the lot. I would highly recommend buying from this company you will not regret it as far as I’m Concerned when it’s time to buy another truck I know where I’m going it’s definitely worth the trip if you are in the market for a quality no questions asked truck.”

“absolutely amazing service. i was skeptical of only 5 star reviews, but decided to trust my gut and i am so glad i did! i got hit by a (severely) intoxicated driver back in november and we called and they got us in and fixed asap. they ran incredibly smooth with insurance and were so friendly. my car is 21 years old, and when we had it fixed at another place about a year ago, my car was gone for over a month despite the estimate stating a week. my car looked brand new, and they even vacuumed it out before giving it back to me! the communication and customer service at auto body xperts is incomparable.”
