“Store #7336, The Dollar Tree at 8440 Louisburg Rd. Raleigh, NC 27616 is amazing. It is always so clean, bright, organized. Boxes are not sitting in the isle ways like most of the other Dollar Trees in the area. The floors have no stains, spilled paint, etc. like the one at 1500 N. New Hope Rd. in Raleigh. The key to this excellent store is two men who run it very well: Albert and Ronnie. They are professional, personable, and super helpful. They are organized and have high expectations for the store so that shoppers have a pleasant experience. There are a couple other nice ones (Falls of Neuse and also Sumner Blvd), but this on Louisburg Rd. beats them all. Please let Ronnie and Albert they're doing a great job. Maybe they can get a raise or a nice bonus!”
“I've been here a few times now. The service has NEVER been great, but I look past that because I'm there to purchase things; not be besties. BUT dang, can you at least SPEAK & ACT like you like your job??? Outside of that, I've been able to find what I needed each time & it didn't break the bank.The store is almost always organized and tidy. There's always plenty of parking available in front of the store. So, I recommend this location. Just don't expect too much when it comes to customer service.”
“I like the Dollar tree but they run out of potted meat too quick and the chili without beans in it they run out of that too quick to and I love both of them can't find them in any Dollar tree forget with it Dollar tree get my potted meat in and the chili with no beans in pronto which means now”

“At this particular DG is very convient bc I live 3 mins away. Organization and store kept good. Staff there needs a class where they train you with manners and etiquette. Other than that. DG is awesome‼️”

“Staff is always super friendly! It's been a little disappointing that the shelves always seem to be empty lately, and now the store hours seem to be "open till whenever" I guess. Unfortunate, seeing as how some people need things even after 6pm. Hopefully, the scheduling can be fixed soon!”
“Just want to say that every time I have come in here lately the store is clean and the staff is amazing and I am happy there is a new store manager in place because she has made a world of difference. If I remember correctly her name is Maria. Yesterday I felt awful for her. She was being attacked by an awful woman who had no reason to come at her. I was standing in line right behind this rude and disrespectful human being. Maria was trying to help a Hispanic male who didn't speak any English and she was doing her best to help him navigate the the pad where u put your credit card. The rude woman starting going off on Maria for what I have no idea. I give Maria a lot of kudos for keeping her composure during that time. I can clearly see In her face it was upsetting to her. These girls and any retail workers do not need to endure that kinda of behavior from there customers. Girls keep up the good work.”
“Great Place to buy Xmas decorations I brought garland for$1.25 a piece you can't get that at Wal-Mart neat stuff for Xmas for your money you just need to shop around needed 6 wasn't disappoint when I put them up .”
“Stopped by this Dollar General for the first time the other day looking for wax melts and was able to find exactly what I needed. The store was organized and prices were fair. The staff was kind and helpful — one of them even let me know that the coupon on my receipt could be used at the Food Lion next door, which saved me $5 on groceries.
Overall, a good experience and I’d shop here again.”
