I'm not sure if you can just walk in and open an account, because it's a credit union. But if you can, this is a beautiful banking institution. I went in there just to make a payment on a friend's mortgage and it is very nice looking and the lady that helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Went to apply for increase and the member rep (Tyson) was not very personable and fail to return my call when agreed. As a matter fact, did NOT return call even after a month! Contacted Assistant Bank Manager and she was NOT much help either. Customer service at this location needs lots of work!!

SECU is awesome and Natalia is THE BEST! So friendly and helpful. She helped us with notary services and got my mom's estate planning scheduled so fast! Love this place.
